Duet Suites:

As mentioned above, we at The Commons at Dallas Ranch are committed to providing opportunities for seniors to receive affordable personal care services, and one of the best mechanisms to accomplish this is by considering our newly designed shared occupancy apartments.  These apartments are two-bedroom, two bath apartments allowing private sleeping and bathroom areas for each resident, but spacious living room areas are shared. This makes the base rent structure in our community as low as $1,875.

Economic Stimulus Packages:

To help offset the temporary downturn being experienced in many, if not all retirement communities right now, we are offering, for a short period of time, our Commons at Dallas Ranch version of an Economic Stimulus Plan for the mature market.  This plan offers prospective residents discounted  rates on all Assisted Living apartments through January 31st, 2012! Studios from $1700, 1 Bedrooms from $2,200, and 2 Bedroom / 2 baths from $3450.

Respite Care:

We know how very dedicated you are toward the goal of taking care of your spouse at home.  But, we also know that you need time to recharge and take care of yourself.  So we have started a program that allows you to take a break, by having your loved one spend a day, a week, or even a month with us on a short term stay.  Again, if this sounds like something that might be of interest to your or someone you know, please have them contact a sales representative at 925.754.7772.

Time Valued Service Costs:

At The Commons at Dallas Ranch we believe that you should only be charged for what you consume.  So, our service assessment tool does exactly that.  This allows you to save a considerable amount of money if you are relatively independent, but when you need more services, those services are available and you are only charged for them when you actually need them.  Our system is a point system based on minutes of care provided, so as your care needs increase, charges increase gradually, not by $300 to $400 increases in service fees like you will see in other communities that use a level of care system.

Minimal Base Rent Increases:

Please ask our sales representatives to show you our history of rate increases.  This information is required to be given to you by state law, effective January 31, 2009.  Please compare our history to other assisted living communities that you may be considering.  We think you will be pleasantly surprised to see how responsible our parent company has been over the past seven years by increasing rates only as necessary.
